Calidad precio = bien
Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, estábamos en el paseo marítimo, la playa muy bonita y de arena, no es de piedras. Disponía de lo imprescindible para la estancia. Algo que me ha gustado aunque no lo haya usado, es que disponga de una plancha para la ropa. Importante saber que los aparcamientos de alrededor son zona azul, por lo que hay que alejarse un poco para aparcar sin pagar.
Aspectos negativos: En Canarias siempre hay muchas cucacharas, en el piso igual, menos mal que nos dejaron un insecticida, pero todos los días encontramos cucarachas en el baño y cocina. El baño no tiene ventana ni ventilación y las paredes estaban llenas de grietas y humedades, pero lo que menos nos ha gustado del baño es que haya cortinas en la ducha.

Aspectos positivos: The place is located in a very nice area, close to the restaurants, supermarket and the beach. The room was nice as well, clean and spacious.
Aspectos negativos: Not a big problem but the only thing to keep in mind is that before going to the apartment you have to retrieve the keys from another place, 10 minutes walk from there.

Perfect location
Aspectos positivos: Perfect location close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed it was well equipped and very homely. Will stay here again.
Aspectos negativos: No headboard on the bed so pillows kept sliding down back of bed during the night.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was in a good location with everything nearby. There was a sense of security, because you could enter the residential complex only with keys. The apartment itself had everything you need.
Aspectos negativos: We were promised that they would meet us and show us apartment, but instead we had to go 10 minutes away to get the keys to the apartment by ourselves. It was nothing crazy, but it would be better to inform at the beginning that you have to pick up the keys in another place and then you have to go to the apartment.

Sehr gute Umgebung, nette Wohnung und Preis ist sehr gut
Aspectos positivos: Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet. Die Fenster sind nur zum Innenhof.
Aspectos negativos: Es riecht etwas nach Gift gegen Kakerlaken, es wird aber bestimmt besser. Ein paar Kakerlaken habe ich auch in der Wohnung gesehen. Das ist aber allgemein ein Probleme auf Kanaren.

Very nice flat for a couple or 3 friends, close to the beach, Santa Catalina bus station, bars, restaurants and shops. I
Aspectos positivos: Great location close to the beach, supermarket, bars, restaurants.
Aspectos negativos: Cocroaches but I know it’s normal on the Canary Islands so it wasn’t nothing new for me.

Aspectos positivos: L'emplacement à deux pas de la plage et de toutes commodités.
Aspectos negativos: Il y avais beaucoup de cafard qui se baladaient dans l'appartement et l'inconfort du lit.

Aspectos positivos: Спасибо, огромное очень все понравилось,до пляжа близко,место просто супер,магазины рядом ,в квартире есть все для проживания.
Aspectos negativos: Были с мужем долгий период,и один комплект постельных принадлежностей конечно маловато.

We enjoyed our stay very much despite the broken shower.
Aspectos positivos: This accommodation was perfect for our 10 day holiday of 2. We even found a free parking space 10 minutes from the accommodation. The very good public beach is literaly behind the corner. The apartment has everything we needed. There was even rackets and ball we could used on the beach. The host was waiting for us with the keys and show us everything.
Aspectos negativos: The only thing we did not like was the shower. The shower head was broken and the water was leaking and as a result the water pressure from the shower head was minimal. Also the drain in the shower was probably clogged and there was pool of water very soon as you started showering. Also there is no view from the window as the window is facing the rest of the apartment building threfore it was hard to ventilate the air inside the apartment.
