Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es perfecta. Ana la propietaria es quien se encarga del check in y te da todo tipo de información , siempre facilitando tu estancia y procura satisfacer todo lo que le propones. Viajamos regularmente a la Palmas y sin duda repetiremos.

Aspectos positivos: Ubicación del alojamiento, caseros muy agradables y atentos, alojamiento muy limpio que cumplía todas nuestras necesidades.

Aspectos negativos: Aparcamiento difícil por la zona a un precio razonable.

Aspectos positivos: Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The communication was excellent from the very beginning, with clear and detailed instructions for everything, including the possibility of an early check-in, which we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was incredibly clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, with a fantastic location right by the beach. It had everything we needed and even more — the small touches for the beach and the plate of fresh fruit on arrival were such a pleasant surprise. We felt very well taken care of throughout the entire stay. We loved everything about this place and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Aspectos positivos: Friendly atmosphere of the facility. Great location, half block from the beach. Great place if somebody likes to swim and have a good breakfast close by. Helpful host. And there is an elevator!

Aspectos positivos: Wonderful room, decorated with an ocean feeling, and spotless clean The host was very friendly, and provided us not just with helpful tips, maps and guides, but also with extra beach accessories (sun umbrella, chairs, towels, cooling bag for drinks), and fruit The location is great, only 2 minutes away from the famous Playa de las Canteras. We could admire the sun and hear the waves from the balcony!

Aspectos negativos: The place was generally quiet, but sometimes during the night there were loud people on the streets, and we could hear them during our sleep. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much, that we didn't like it when it came to an end :)

The perfect choice in Las Palmas

Aspectos positivos: Everything was perfect! The location is excellent, by the ocean. Full of restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby. You have anything you need inside the apartment, including beach towels, hats and beach chairs. Ana is an amazing hostess - super helpful and nice!!! Very highly recommended!
