APARTAMENTO MAR Y SOL

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento tiene muy buena ubicación y todas las comodidades para disfrutar de unos días en Las Palmas. El contacto y la interacción con el anfitrión fueron muy fáciles y fluidas. Estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa y pendiente de que todo estuviera a mi gusto.

Muy buen apartamento

Aspectos positivos: El alojamiento es tal como se ve en las fotografías. Limpio, amplio para 2 personas. Equipado con lo básico (detergente, lavaplatos, aceite, vinagre) además de algún detalle más. La localización es buena, un poco difícil de aparcar si llegas muy tarde pero es fácil encontrar zona azul. La cama es espaciosa y amplia, la terraza bien para dos personas máximo 3. Muy recomendable en general.

Aspectos negativos: El único problema fue que no había el mando de la TV pero el huésped nos ofreció soluciones al instante. Aún así no puedes utilizar una app del móvil ya que necesitas confirmar en la televisión y no pudimos resolverlo. El huésped se ofreció a traernos un reemplazo pero no hizo falta. Así que nada realmente negativo.

Aspectos positivos: La atención y amabilidad de Adrián desde el minuto uno. Siempre atento y poniéndolo todo súper fácil. El apartamento está nuevo a estrenar, bien equipado con todo lo necesario y más. La ubicación también es buena. Súper limpio y ordenado. En los pequeños detalles está la diferencia. Seguro volveremos pronto. Un buen vino y un buen queso como cortesía de bienvenida nos alegró el paladar. Mil gracias

Aspectos positivos: Nicely furnished apartment with everything you need for a week's stay. Super fast interent. Fully equipped kitchen. Cosy bed. Bathroom amenities like in a 4-star superior hotel.

Aspectos negativos: A bit of noise from the street during the day, but that dies off in the evening. A decent sleep is still guaranteed.

Bright modern apartment close to the beach

Aspectos positivos: Bright newly updated and modern we loved our stay. Very comfortable large bed and sofa. Short walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants.

An excellent, well-maintained apartment.

Aspectos positivos: An excellent apartment, very close to the beach and with good wifi. The place is well-maintained and has everything you need for a holiday or a longer stay. It has some good quality pans and a two ring hob to cook things if you want. There is a Mercadona supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is quiet as it on the 6th floor and the bed was quite large. A really nice place.

Aspectos negativos: The only issue is that the boiler is quite small, I think, so there was not a lot of hot water when using the shower. I was a solo traveller so it was okay for me, but it might be an issue for two people, in the cooler months.

Aspectos positivos: We were in the apartment for a week in January. We had a family vacation with a child. The apartment is excellently newly renovated. It smells very fresh) New furniture, good appliances, there is a tumble dryer, and this is a very good solution. Lots of channels, 18 children's) Lots of good new dishes. Good frying pans. They leave enough detergent for washing and a dishwasher. Great balcony. The apartment is on the corner and there is a lot of light. There is a blender, juicer and toaster. Lots of beautiful IDENTICAL dishes. Quiet neighbors. There is also little noise from the street, because it is the 6th floor. I highly recommend it. there was also very fast internet.🛜

Aspectos negativos: There are steps in the entrance, which makes it difficult to move if you have a stroller/bicycle

Aspectos positivos: Simply Amazing ! The apartment is located just few steps away from the beach. It is very new that you could still smell the paint and the wood. The bed was big and very comfortable. The host ( Adri ) is amazing and very responsive , talking care of everything. There are a lot of facilities around the place like grocery stores. Highly recommend if you want to stay in Las Palmas

Aspectos negativos: It took some time to find a parking nearby but this was a “general” problem overall in the city

Aspectos positivos: We really enjoyed the apartment! It is new and allows long-term stays. It offers a lot of equipment (washing machine and dryer, large wardrobes, fully equipped kitchen, large TV and internet...), quality furniture and an exceptional balcony for beautiful evenings. The location is superb, a block away from the beach which offers magical walks, sun and sea. The apartment is run by a friendly and beautiful family, who welcomed us perfectly and supported us all the time with everything we needed. Las Palmas is a charming place and all the good things made the holiday too short. We will return to Soy y Mar!

Aspectos positivos: The apartment has self check-in, is 2 minutes away from the beach, has a grocery store right in front of the building and a mini market 3 minutes away. Everything is clean, kitchen fully equipped, big smart tv and comfy sofa.The host is very nice and responsive.There are even beach towels.In conclusion, the apartment is perfect for a holiday.
