Aspectos positivos: El alojamiento fue un lugar cómodo para pasar unos días en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria y poder disfrutar de la ciudad y la playa. Manuel fue un buen anfitrión y fue flexible en la llegada al alojamiento.

Aspectos negativos: Al alojamiento le faltaba un microondas para calentar las cosas más cómodamente, aunque se podía hacer desde la placa de inducción.

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento perfecto. Buena ubicación, cómodo limpio y perfecta atención de Manuel. Es la segunda vez que voy y seguro que no será la ultima.

Excelente apartamento

Aspectos positivos: Excelente apartamento. Ubicación muy cómoda entre la zona más céntrica y la playa, en un edificio nuevo. El apartamento además de estar amueblado con muy buen gusto, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar para unas vacaciones en la isla. Limpieza máxima y perfecta comunicación con Manuel. No solo lo recomendaría , si no que ya tengo reserva para agosto…

Aspectos positivos: Muy buena ubicación. El anfitrión muy amable, nos dijo varios sitios donde ir a comer por la zona. Todo muy limpio. Si volvemos a las palmas sin duda repetiremos 🤗

Buen alojamiento con calidad precio adecuado

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es perfecta para moverse por la ciudad sin coche y al lado de la playa. El apartamento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda.

Aspectos negativos: Aunque para mi no resultó un inconveniente, la terraza del apartamento da a una plaza con bares de copas y se oye algo de ruido.

Excellent stay in a modern clean city centre apartment.

Aspectos positivos: Fantastic clean, modern accommodation in the centre of the city. Communication with owner was excellent. I specifically booked this as it was literally around the corner from where I was hiring a motorcycle (Canary Ride) in order to tour the island. It was perfect for this. Plenty of storage options, clean and modern bathroom, excellent shower. Very handy washer/dryer if required. A relatively complicated Oven/Microwave combi, but after studying the instruction manual I worked it out. Very close to a small but very well stocked supermarket. Close to fantastic Tapas Bars and Cafes.

Aspectos negativos: Parking is limited, but that is to be expected in the city. There is a privately operated multi story car park to the rear of the property, it is a little small and not particularly cheap, but it served its function. Being in a central position it is surrounded by bars, and can get a little loud in the late evenings. The balcony also overlooks a recycling area, which is emptied regularly, which again can cause some noise, but that's city living I guess. Not a problem for me, but something for others to consider.

Aspectos positivos: It was the second time for us in this apartment and we like it very much The location could not be better, only a few minutes walk to Las Canteras and a lot of restaurants in the area to choose between There is also a small grocery store just around the corner

Aspectos positivos: We enjoyed our stay here in centre of Las Palmas. Super Dino just downstairs , fresh orange juice every morning)
