Ático único en pleno casco histórico
Aspectos positivos: Todo! Es maravilloso! La decoración, arquitectura, la ubicación… todo! Nunca habíamos estado en una casa igual. Zona peatonal con los mejores restaurantes de Vegueta. Eduardo, el chico que nos atendió estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Un encanto de persona, con varios detalles de bienvenida.
Aspectos negativos: Nada. Todo perfecto!

Aspectos positivos: Estuvimos una semana como en casa. Fantàstico absolutamente todo. Desde la bienvenida con detalles encantadores de Eduardo hasta la marcha. El ático es espectacular. La ubicación inmejorable. Esperamos poder repetir. Muchísimas gracias Eduardo.

Aspectos positivos: Victorio made me feel welcome instantly in this lovely apartment. The location couldn't be better, smack down the middle of Vegueta in the old town of Lad Palmas with some great restaurants literally just outside the door. The apartment invites you to spend as much time outside on the terraces as possible which also lets you experience the sounds of the neighborhood whether it's the bells of the church tower from the cathedral or the clinging of cutlery and buzz of the restaurants below. From the apartment you can easily visit Las Palmas and it's museums, beaches, horeca. But you can also take the bus to any other place on the island, be it the north or the south. Overall I had an absolutely lovely stay, the weather was a bit unfortunate so I didn't get to enjoy the outside space as much as I would've loved to be, but let that be an excuse to come back soon.

Aspectos positivos: Amazing place, surprisingly quiet for such a prime Vegueta location. Very comfortable beds, good WiFi via Starlink. Excellent lift. Eduardo was a great host

Spectacular apartment with beauty spots
Aspectos positivos: Spectacular apartment in great location (if the weather isn't rainy or windy). Close to museums, well situated in the city in a lively neighbourhood.
Aspectos negativos: Some minor maintenance issues: Worn out door locking and sliding mechanisms, partly worn out terrace (and other) furniture, terrace heating out of order, some lamps need to be repaired, elevator goes directly into the apartment (nice!), but is not protected by key or code. The large building with deserted offices on the first floor appears a little spooky.

Wer viel draußen sein will und die Stadt liebt ist hier perfekt aufgehoben.
Aspectos positivos: Es war eine der schönsten Unterkünfte die wir je hatten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, es hat an nichts gemangelt. Es gab viele Handtücher, sogar Bademäntel. Ein bisschen Strandspielzeug für unsere Kinder war auch vor Ort.
Aspectos negativos: Alles top. Man hört am Abend das Treiben auf der Straße. Wir haben das sehr geliebt, aber für jemanden der Ruhe sucht, ist es vielleicht nicht der richtige Ort.

Wunderschönes Penthouse im Zentrum der Altstadt
Aspectos positivos: Fantastische, absolut außergewöhnliche, bis ins Detail liebevoll und geschmackvoll gestaltete Unterkunft. Ein Penthouse, dessen verschiedene Gebäudeteile (sehr großes Wohnzimmer, zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad) von diversen wunderschönen Terrassen verbunden werden, sechs insgesamt, jede mit ganz eigenem Charme, Sitzecken, Liegestühlen, Bänken, Grill. Wir konnten zunächst kaum glauben, dass das alles unseres war, aber so war es. Im Grunde waren sll diese Terrassen unsere eigentlichen Wohnzimmer. Drinnen waren wir nur zum Schlafen. Für 12 Tage über Weihnachten und Neujahr fehlte es an nichts. Unser Vermieter nahm uns persönlich in Empfang und war jederzeit erreichbar. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz war 5 Minuten entfernt. Zur Begrüßung erwarteten uns kanarischer Wein und ein großer Obstkorb. Das Haus befindet sich im schönsten Teil der Altstadt, mittendrin, trotzdem ruhig, unzählige gute Restaurants gleich vor der Haustür. Besser geht's nicht!!!
Aspectos negativos: Mir fällt wirklich nichts ein, was mir nicht gefallen hätte...

Aspectos positivos: Очень удобное расположение , напротив собора . И рядом с Домом музеем Колумба . Рядом рынок . Все можно купить . Рядом очень много вкусных ресторанов . Очень удобные апартаменты ! Удобные кровати , много места , есть все необходимое и даже больше ! Много открытых террас , можно приготовить мясо на углях . Большая площадь . Ощущение , что вы отдыхаете в доме , очень круто . Все работает , на кухне много посуды . Подняться в аппартамент можно на лифте , который приходит прямо в аппартамент или по винтовой лестнице .

Prachtig ingerichte en gezellige penthouse op een top locatie
Aspectos positivos: Iemand heeft ons rondgeleid. Wat een uitstekende locatie en verblijf in Vegueta... toch de meest aantrekkelijke plaats in Las Palmas. Het appartement ligt in een autoluwe omgeving. Maar toch kan je een makkelijk te bereiken garage vlakbij reserveren... en van daaruit is het perfect om met de auto het hele eiland te verkennen. Er is zelfs een lift naar de penthouse.
