Perfect apartment for a holiday in Las Palmas

Aspectos positivos: This is a lovely, modern and well appointed apartment in an ideal location just a block or so back from the promenade and beach, with many lovely restaurants close by. The apartment was spotless on arrival and the provision of water, coffee pods and sugar was hugely appreciated. Communication from Lola before our visit was excellent and I really appreciated the early check-in. All in all, a brilliant apartment in a great location and I would happily stay here again.

Good place to stay

Aspectos positivos: The Apartment was all in all really good, close to the Main beach, next to shops and bus Station as well as Museums. The Flat was big enough for a family and nice furnished. We did not have personal contact with The owner, but the contact was always good and helpful. Big plus what us surprised positiv: there was everything - washing machine with Tabs, towels for the beach, umbrella for the beach etc

Aspectos negativos: The cleaning could have been a little bit better, floor en general. Carpet in the living room really old and damage - did not fit in the flat. Shower was not covering all of the water, so after a shower the bathroom was wet. With window open was little bit loud, but normal for this location.

Aspectos positivos: Jól felszerelt apartman modern berendezéssel. Nagyon jó helyen van, közel a tengerparthoz, a tömegközlekedéshez, a sétáló utcákhoz. A történelmi belváros is busszal könnyen elérhető. Az apartmanban való bejutás is könnyen ment az online tájékoztatás után.

Aspectos negativos: A konyhában sok bogár volt.

Aspectos positivos: Appartement propre et spacieux, comme sur les photos. La plage las canteras est très proche ainsi que les transports en commun ,les cafés et restaurants. A recommander .

Aspectos negativos: Un peu de bruit quelque fois le soir

Aspectos positivos: Čisté a veľmi prostorné- dvě ložnice. Centrum města - všude blízko.

Aspectos negativos: Díky lokaci neustálý hluk z ulice.. Byt nemá klimatizaci a noc s otevřeným oknem do hlučné ulice byla občas stresující 😩

Aspectos positivos: Hyvä sijainti, siisti asunto, vastasi hyvin kolmen aikuisen ja pikkulapsen tarpeisiin. Riittävät varusteet mukavaan lomailuun. Yhteydenpito vuokraajiin oli helppoa ja nopeaa. Lähellä leipomo, kahviloita ja useampia hyviä ravintoloita. Bussipysäkit ja Santa Catalinan bussiasema lyhyen matkan päässä. Ruokakauppoja myös useampia lähistössä. Las Canterasin ranta myös lyhyen matkan päässä.

Aspectos negativos: Kadulta ajoittain kuuluva meteli, joka ajoittui yleensä lähellä sijaitsevan yökerhon sulkeutumiseen. Tämä oli tiedossa, joten pystyimme elämään sen kanssa ja toinen makuuhuoneista oli hiljaisempi. Mikroaaltouuni ilmoitteli vikakoodia ajoittain ja ei toiminut koodin näkyessä. Reklamoimme tästä loman alussa. Ongelmaa ei saatu ratkaistua. Mikro myös piippaili alussa mielivaltaisesti, tämän ratkaisimme itse, netistä hankituilla käyttöohjeilla. Toimintaa helpottaisi, jos kaikista laitteista löytyisi selkeät käyttöohjeet ja niitä ei tarvitsisi etsiä netistä.

Agréable séjour en famille

Aspectos positivos: - Décoration soignée - cheking /chekout simple - gentillesse du checkout tardif hautement appréciée - endroit animé proche café resto… à 2 pas :) - matériel de plage fourni ! - quelques consommables de cuisine déjà fournis pareil que pour la salle de bain

Aspectos negativos: -La seconde chambre malheureusement assez petite pour deux enfants .. et l’accès à l’armoire est limite et peu pratique. Mais ça reste surmontable. - l’armoire de la chambre des parents pas suffisante car la moitié est déjà condamnée par le propriétaire! - dernier détails important mais qui ne relève pas de l’appartement en lui même, c’est le voisinage du club de nuit. Même si le club insonorisé mais avec les gens qui entrent et sortent, les discussions de cigarettes dans la ruelles, les disputes et bagarres.. alors là pour dormir la nuit .. bon courage ! Pour notre cas de famille avec enfants en bas âges c’est pas top.. mais pour d’autres ça peut être interessant l’ambiance😉

Aspectos positivos: 거실과 주방이 가까이 있어서 활동하기 좋아요. 방이 두 개이고 침대도 넓고 큰 침대가 두 개 있어서 가족이 지내기에 너무 편리히고 좋아요. 욕실은 넓고 샤워 시설도 잘 되어 있었어요.

Aspectos negativos: 주방도구가 (냄비 등) 조금만 더 있었으면 좋겠어요. 금요일 토요일 밤에는 골목에 있는 클럽에서 사람들이 신나게 놀기도 하니 약간의 주말 소음이 있어요.
