Aspectos positivos: el apartamento y carol la dueña super amable y agradable

Well equipped apartment on the promenade.

Aspectos positivos: Great location, right on the promenade with waves crashing just metres away. The apartment is minimalistic with everything hidden behind doors and is very well equipped with everything you need, including beach chairs and parasol, although sadly, we didn't get the weather for that as this part of the island is generally cloudier. Good fridge and amazing shower, iron and board, cooking facilities, hairdryers. Lovely comfy bed - slept like a log!

Aspectos negativos: Some of the cupboards were looking a bit tired, and the lights were annoying as some were on sensors and one was not working properly. A folder would have been nice to explain how everything worked - we divided up our rubbish ourselves and took it out to the special bins on the seafront as no instructions for this. The TV was huge and there was nothing in English except the news! It would have been nice to meet someone when we arrived as we were quite disoriented. However, these are minor gripes as I have never stayed in a better equipped apartment on holiday!

Aspectos positivos: It exceeded our expectations, location is magical,❤️, no enough words about the view OMG 😍🙏❤️!!!!! you can see the sea/ sunset from your bed or anywhere in the apartment pretty much. The host is amazing, sooooo helpful, tries their best and run extra miles for you, very professional and pleasant, facilities provided makes you feel like home, it pretty much has everything you want and many more, an exclusive list of things provided which we didn't find in big hotels we stayed before. We are definitely coming back as this is one of the best places we stayed when comparing the overall experience, thank you so much for everything. 😍🙏❤️

Aspectos negativos: I don't like to say I have any negatives because we had the best time, but only few suggestions to make few improvements to make it perfect before we come back next time are 😍, add a fire exit sign. Also provide operating instructions specially to electrical equipment - lights/ AC/ TV language/ subtitle change/ Wi-Fi code access on check in, and waste control instructions whilst stay (but we found roadside bins easily and cleaned all our waste materials before we left) also worth having a pest control service on cockroaches, few visited us during our stay, and I was frightened 😂. thank you host and see you again soon!!!

A very nice apartment with an unmatched location

Aspectos positivos: A very nice apartment with an unmatched location right on the Las Canteras promenade. Very nice to sit on the balcony and watch the beautiful view and the people floating by. Everything needed is provided in the apartment. Highly recommended.

Aspectos negativos: We were missing manuals and explanations for the various equipment. All communication was in Spanish only. A bit difficult for international guests (but we found out anyway).

Aspectos positivos: Fantastique Quartier calme et sympa Superbe vue et jolie terrasse avec à marée haute l’impression que la mer est un prolongement de l’appartement

Aspectos positivos: Az apartman közvetlenül a tengerpart mellett található, jól felszerelt (mosógép , mosogatógép, strandszék, napernyő, hűtőtáska....). A közelben találhatók élelmiszerbolt, éttermek. A szállásadó nagyon készségesen segített a felmerülő kérdésekben.

Aspectos positivos: Emplacement idéal, front de mer et plage Appartement bien équipé, et fonctionnel Proximité immédiate des commerces.

Aspectos positivos: Апартамента има отлична локация. Гледката от терасата е повече от чудесна.

Aspectos positivos: Super emplacement face à la mer et très bien agencé .tout était vraiment très bien

Aspectos negativos: Ne pas oublier de demander le code permettant l ouverture de la porte d entrée et du logement avant d arriver. Il n y aura pas de personnel à l accueil. Mail reçu quand on était dans l avion donc non vu .

Aspectos positivos: Emplacement idéal face à l'océan, appartement très bien équipé que ce soit le coin cuisine, la salle de bain, très bonne literie. Pour le parking, je recommande celui de la rue Tomas Miller, 55 EUR / semaine, à demander à l'accueil (rue Estavanez) dès que l'on a garé la voiture.
