Great value for money stay

Aspectos positivos: Very clean modern studio with a good layout in a nice quiet area

Almost perfect

Aspectos positivos: I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is comfortable and new, has a balcony and all the necessary equipment, including a washing machine and dishwasher. It is close to the Dino supermarket and the beach is only 8 minutes away on foot. The Wi-Fi worked well. It has an automatic door, so you don't need to worry about keeping an eye on your keys — just remember the code!

Aspectos negativos: The street is quite noisy and full of buses, so if you're a light sleeper like me, you can't leave the balcony door open. It's close to the port, and one day I could smell the exhaust fumes. There were some missing items in the kitchen, the knives were very blunt, but it was not a big deal.

Aspectos positivos: The property was really very nice, clean and equipped with all the mod-cons. The communication with the personnel was prompt and if a thing was missing they would provide it asap. We stayed three weeks at the property and even though it was not big, it was enough for the purpose.

Aspectos negativos: As I said, we stayed three weeks, and bedding and a large amount of towels were provided, which was great, but weekly cleaning service would have been even better. Our room was directly over the main road and could get really noisy with the balcony door open. The property is a walking distance (10-15 min) from Las Canteras beach, but if you like an ocean view and want to be even closer to the beach than this is not the one.

Enjoyed it a lot. It is as good a base in Las Palmas as any.

Wir hatten ein super schönes Apartment, das Bett war sehr gemütlich und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Aspectos positivos: Die Unterkunft ist super schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Apartment besitzt einen Smart TV was für uns von Vorteil war. Der Balkon bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Hafen. Auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank war groß und uns wurden sogar Spülmittel für die Spülmaschine gestellt sowie Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine. Auch Toilettenpapier war bei der Ankunft vorhanden. Es gibt genug Stauraum und das System mit Türcode ist sehr praktisch.
