Repetiría sin duda alguna!

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario, moderno, estaba limpio y nos dejaron acceder 3h antes (la anfitriona muy amable y atenta). Tiene parking privado y parada de autobús a 2 min. La ubicación buena, a 3 min un supermercado, restaurante italiano, burger bar y playa. Y la zona súper tranquila!! Sin duda repetiría!

Aspectos negativos: Debería de haber más control en las zonas comunes, hacer q se cumplan las normas en la piscina y el control de entrada de NO huéspedes. Aunque esto no tiene nada que ver con el apartado pero influye un poco en la tranquilidad del huésped.

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento renovado todo nuevo. Muy cerca de la playa. Equipado con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios tanto en la cocina como en el resto del apartamento Urbanización cerrada, tranquila y con aparcamiento con una gran piscina

Aspectos negativos: No tenemos absolutamente nada de queja

Aspectos positivos: Location was great. The promenade and beach was just around the corner. The compound and grounds are well maintained. The apartments are clean with all mod-cons. The pool area is fenced off with gate access, this is great as it allows little kids to play out without danger of falling into the pool.

Wonderful spring holiday

Aspectos positivos: The beach is very close, there are many restaurants around. The pool is wonderfull. Though a road is close, the noise was not a problem at all. The appartment is well equipped (washing machine and drier, all what you need in the kitchen), rooms are well separated.

Aspectos negativos: The walls and the ceiling are not properly insulate noise. The beds are not very strong. For example if you knee on the bed, the bed rods fall apart and you have to repair.

Comfy apartment, great location

Aspectos positivos: Comfortable well equipped apartment in great location - quiet and close to nice beaches. Host was very helpful. Nice pool (unheated) with lots of seating. Small well maintained complex.

Aspectos negativos: Patio only got sun in the morning but there was plenty of seating in the sun by the pool

Ich komme wieder!

Aspectos positivos: Lage perfekt zum Strand. Die 104 ist in der Anlage am Rand, genau das was ich wollte und brauchte! Die Küchenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen! Waschmaschine und Trockner, Spülmaschine…alles tipptopp! Super Pool… Und die Betreuung durch Anja war 👍 top! Ich komme auf alle Fälle wieder…!

Aspectos negativos: Etwas hellhörig…über mir war eine Familie mit Kleinkind, welches wohl offensichtlich ständig Stühle über den Boden geschoben hat…( Noise cancelling Kopfhörer waren hilfreich 😉) Da im Außenbereich geraucht werden darf, zieht der Rauch leider gerne von den Nachbarterrassen in das Appartement wenn die Fenster auf sind bzw man auf der Terrasse sitzt. Als Nichtraucherin nicht so schön.

It’s a good place for a family, spacious, close to the beach and relatively quiet.

Aspectos positivos: The property is a few minute to the beach and a nice boardwalk. Our two bedroom apartment was very well equipped with everything you might need, just like living in your own home, almost. For the two of us it was rather spacious . It seems big enough for a family of four. There is a parking within the property; there was always space for all guests! The swimming pool is well kept. Our agent (Anja) was very nice, helpful and accommodating. Actually all staff, the cleaning lady and the maintenance team were exceptionally helpful. Thank you! That always makes a huge difference.

Aspectos negativos: It’s an older complex with “cosmetically renovated” interior. It is located on a quiet street, but backing onto a busy street. Sometimes, it’s hard to fall asleep due to noice or wake up when the police or an ambulance is passing by on a signal. Also, I’d like to see more umbrellas at the pool.

Aspectos positivos: Appartamento eccezionale!nuovo, pulito, lavastoviglie e lavatrice tutto completamente nuovo, piscina molto gradevole!posizione tranquilla a due passi dalla spiaggia e da playa del Ingles.L'host cordiale ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo dandoci anche informazioni sui luoghi di interesse..super disponibile!
