Aspectos positivos: Espacios abiertos, las dos terrazas. Piso muy amplio y cómodo.

Aspectos negativos: Bastante tramo de escaleras, pero el dueño muy amable, nos subió el equipaje.

Great, spacious apartment 50 metres back from the beach in Puerto de Mogán with free parking

Aspectos positivos: The location is fantastic and the apartment is so spacious. The upper sun deck is superb for its views over the beach area of Puerto Mogán, its hustle and bustle. Ideally located for access to the beach and restaurants and the Marina area. That said, it’s not too noisy either. The free parking (underground) about 50 metres from the property is a real bonus as parking in Mogán can be a bit frantic.

Aspectos negativos: Although not a problem for us, people looking to book should be aware that there are 39 steps from the road up the the main floor of the apartment & no elevator. A further 13 steps up to the upper sun deck. The kitchen and the two shower rooms are looking a bit worn but we understand the apartment is soon to have some renovation works.

Stunning property in amazing location.

Aspectos positivos: Fantastic location with great views from the roof terrace. Endless space outdoors on the extensive balcony and roof terrace. So convenient to just step outside the door to the beach, a large supermarket, and all the restaurants, bars and harbour views of Puerto de Mogan. Highly recommend Mr India, right next door. Top quality.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing of any consequence - we've already booked again for next year. If anything could be done about the drains smell in the smallest bathroom, that would be good.

Aspectos positivos: This apartment was really well located 1 minute from the beach, and had soo much outdoor space, it was fantastic

Aspectos positivos: A beautiful spacious apartment with an amazing wrap around terrace, plus a roof terrace with fantastic views! Set in the centre of Puerto de Mogan town and a few minutes walk from the beach, it's location perfect. Aran, our host, was so helpful, preparing the apartment at such short notice for us, after a disappointing booking in another resort. Plus, a fridge stocked with beer and two bottles of wine, always a bonus!

Aspectos positivos: The spacious balcony and penthouse. The comfortable beds and bedroom storage space. Hot water all the time for showers. An excellent host in Asron.

Aspectos negativos: Just a health and safety feature - the sliding glass doors need some indication on them to prevent accidents as it is too easy to walk into them. More storage in the kitchen area for food purchases.

Aspectos positivos: This is a fabulous apartment its very spacious and has everything you need for a luxury stay.

Aspectos positivos: A tengerparttól néhány száz méterre helyezkedik el a szállás. Kilátás nyíllik a strandra az erkélyről, ahol napozni lehet, kiülni az étkezésekhez, vagy beszélgetni. Kényelmes 6 ember számára teljesen ideális. A konyha jól felszerelt, tágas. A három fürdőszoba is nagyon szuper volt. Van közös tér, de ha az ember el szeretne vonulni arra is alkalmas tágas terek.

Aspectos positivos: Kommunikation und Lage könnten nicht besser sein; die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und allen Schlafzimmern hat trotz des Kalimas für angenehme Temperaturen gesorgt. Terrasse und Dachterrasse sind großartig, ebenso die kurzen Wege zu Strand, Supermarkt und diversen Restaurants. Der Empfang durch Aron ist herzlich, die Betreuung vorbildlich! Die von uns erbetene Ergänzung der Küchenausstattung (Standsieb, Salatschüssel und -teller) wurde noch am selben Tag eingekauft und vor die Tür gestellt.

Aspectos negativos: reparatur- / erneuerungsbedürftige Ausstattung (Stühle mit kaputten Rückenlehnen und Sitzkissen am Esstisch, kaputte / reinigungsbedürftige Sitzpolster und Kissen der Außengarnituren, klemmende Schiebtüren bei den Schränken); die Duschköpfe der Regenduschen müssten erneuert oder entkalkt, die Abflüsse gereinigt werden
