Aspectos positivos: El lugar súper tranquilo ,con vistas maravillosas y cerca de todo, apartamento bastante amplio A 5 minutos caminando está la playa y centros comerciales . La entrada y salida, muy fáciles con la agencia

Aspectos negativos: El apartamento es muy comodo, tiene todo lo imprescindible para pasar unos dias , La única sugerencia es que alrededor de la piscina no hay hamacas podrían algunas, para estar cómodo mientras estás en la piscina .

Aspectos positivos: La tranquilidad dentro del alojamiento la piscina es comunitaria pero estuvimos solos todos los días

Aspectos negativos: Del alojamiento todo perfecto. por poner un pero los alojamientos colindantes no daban buena presencia

Lovely apartment very reasonable price just needs an update

Aspectos positivos: Was easy eventually after receiving a message to say we had to go to the office 20 kilometres away 3 days before we travelled! We did do the necessary paperwork online which we could have been this option originally

Aspectos negativos: Could do with a minor refurbishment i.e furniture very dated and in bad condition. Glass doors cracked in places

Beautiful views, good size

Aspectos positivos: The location was great for us. Up a few hills but we were well able. Wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Loved that the pool was literally on our doorstep. We had a fairly serious problem that was totally out of anyone's control but the property managers sorted the problem straight away. Loved having a washing machine. Fridge size was perfect.

Aspectos negativos: Would have loved a dishwasher. Kitchen is laid out strange. No drawer for cutlery so it's up high. Not a lot of storage so we stored our food up on a shelf. Shower is a bit of a nightmare with the contents spilling over the side. There's a knack to folding the shower curtain in so the water doesn't flow out. Teenagers didn't get it. Would have liked a sun lounger or two for the patio area. Curtains were see through. Bring a sleeping mask with you. No air-conditioning but we didn't need it as it was March but I'd say in the height of the summer it would be gruelling. There was one fan though.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent views. Facilities excellent. Very clean.

Aspectos negativos: No wifi as advertised. Small improvements needed with flakes of paint on the ceiling in the shower. Damage to kitchen cupboard and table. But don't let this put you off as its lovely property. Top of the hill but a short taxi ride away

It was excellent, so I'm considering returning next year.

Aspectos positivos: Even though there are multiple apartments, we practically had the entire lower area and the pool to ourselves. There was almost never anyone at the pool. The apartment has a washing machine, which wasn't clear from the description or visible in the pictures, so it was a pleasant surprise. The apartments don't have air conditioning, but it's not needed. Once the sun sets, you can open everything up, and it's perfect.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment has few glasses, and not even four of them match. The same goes for the coffee mugs. Some things need to be updated or replaced. However, none of this was problematic enough to spoil our 14-day vacation in any way.

Aspectos positivos: A beautiful and peaceful place, perfect for resting. Wonderful apartment , very clean and very much space for three or more people. Swimming pool for exclusive use. Highly recommended 😀

Due to the great location, sale price of £800 for the week and knowing what to expect and what I should bring next time

Aspectos positivos: The location is brilliant, the view is amazing, modern property, very private.

Aspectos negativos: We went in February and the weather was amazing, we would stay again at this property that time of year but I would not want to stay there in the height of summer as no air conditioning, only saw one fan, and the property needs to have some well fitted black out curtains installed as the present curtains are like voile but they don’t fit the windows, if I stay again I would put some tea towels in my suitcase plus some towels as the towels supplied are not exactly hotel style they are more like from someone’s own house. Plus there is no lift and three flights of stairs so be prepared to drag your suitcases up and down.

Aspectos positivos: Ljus modern lägenhet. Eftermiddag och kvällssol på terrassen. Lugnt område. Sköna sängar.

Aspectos negativos: Dåligt med porslin och glas. Fyra stycken av varje tallrik bestick och glas. Fanns inte några vin glas.

Well worth revisiting.

Aspectos positivos: Clean, spacious, and comfortable for us as a family of 3. We had sole use of the pool during our stay.

Aspectos negativos: It is located on a steep hill, which took a bit of getting used to on the way back home. However, prerty much all properties in Gran Canaria are. The property could do with a little bit of DIY. All cosmetic and nothing detracted from our enjoyment of the holiday.
