Aspectos positivos: La tranquilidad, estaba situado justo en frente de la piscina. La entrada fue con códigos, nos vino genial ya que legamos un poco tarde por la noche.

Aspectos negativos: Todo perfecto.

Aspectos positivos: Ubicación privilegiada, es super tranquilo el sitio. El poder desayunar en la terraza y la piscina es lo que más nos gustó. Está a unos minutos andando de la playa y de las zonas comerciales.

Aspectos negativos: El tema del aparcamiento es un poco complicado a horas punta.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento estaba bien acondicionado. Entorno muy tranquilo.

Aspectos negativos: Aunque es un tema particular, por la fobia de uno de los inquilinos, la presencia de gatos en el edificio.

Lovely relaxing 3 week stay in Gran Canaria.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment had a great location was very clean and equipped with all the necessary equipment. We really enjoyed the pool which we used very often. The apartment complex and pool were really well maintained and cleaned on a very regular basis. The area was very peaceful. The location was good for access to public transport, a well stocked supermarket and bars and restaurants.

Aspectos negativos: Not really a lot to dislike about the apartment however a colony of small ants live just above the kitchen which were present on the worktop on occasions. We would recommend obtaining better fitted sheets as the ones provided would not stay in place and better quality pillows (the ones provided were a little thin and lumpy). If these improvements are made we will definitely book this apartment for our next stay in Gran Canaria (next year).

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is located in a quiet area of San Agustin, with a terrace overlooking the inner courtyard. We really liked the apartment, it was close to the beach and San Agustin is a perfect point to explore the island.

Aspectos negativos: We had a problem getting into the apartment as the management company did not send us any information on the garden gate code, which apartment, how to get there from the garden gate and how to get into the apartment. We arrived at the accommodation in the evening, after we found the apartment we found out that the code we had received was only for the garden gate, it did not work for the front door, we called for help. It was in the evening, we were exhausted and it took about 20 minutes to get the code for the front door. We didn't understand why it took so long.

Aspectos positivos: Die ruhige Lage.. Ein bisschen Abseitz,aber trotzdem zentral. Der Meerblick von oben ist immer wieder genial
