Buena terraza

Aspectos positivos: La terraza es el mayor activo del apartamento, también el tener aparcamiento

Aspectos negativos: El baño es pequeño y de techo bajo, incomodo . Además está abajo, junto a la cocina y el dormitorio está arriba, hay unas escaleras caracol muy estrechas, bajarlas medio dormido para ir al baño es incomodo y con peligro de escurrirte. tienes que mirar mucho donde colocar el pie. El apartamento está situado en alto, desconocía la orografía de la ciudad, y por la ubicación de google en booking, parecía mas cercano a sitios visitables de la ciudad, ( está a 40 minutos caminando a Triana y Vegueta) ,no se puede pasear alrededor, lo mas cerca Parque Doramas, a 15 minutos andando , bajas muchas escaleras y luego caminas junto a carretera, poco amigable. Ir andando es poco agradable. Si vas a la ciudad con coche , tienes que aparcar en un parking, creo que hay autobus

Great place to stay

Aspectos positivos: Armando is a very good host, informing you of the facilities and where to visit. The apartment is great with fascinating views of the busy, but not noisy harbour. It's a great base to explore the city and with a car, the rest of the island.We really liked the amount of towels and also being given the use of beach chairs to take to Playa de las Canteras.

Aspectos negativos: The spiral stairs are quite steep and could be an issue for people with mild mobility problems

Aspectos positivos: The hosts were amazing, a beautiful quiet place and an awesome place to stay. Amazing balcony and the entire property very spacious. Also a dedicated parking space.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing but I would recommend that if you have mobility issues then this isn’t the place for you

Aspectos positivos: It was exactly as advertised, pictures an absolute reflection of the property, which rarely happens. It’s outside of the hustle and bustle, which was perfect for me.

Aspectos negativos: It’s not a dislike, more just a note to be mindful that it is up a hill, lots of steps to get to it, but I did not mind that at all.

Aspectos positivos: Goede uitvalsbasis voor de bezienswaardigheden in en rond Las Palmas. De verhuurders waren zeer behulpzaam.

Aspectos negativos: Het warme water raakt snel op, vermoedelijk door een iets te kleine boiler.

Aspectos positivos: Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta! Mums ļoti patīk staigāt un apartamenti atradās tikai 3km no Laspalmas centra kur varēja nokļūt pa izciliem gājeju ceļiem un promenādēm! No apartamentu terases varēja vērot Laspalmasas ostas dzīvi! Vienkārši izcili!!!

Aspectos negativos: Vienīgais trūkums, ka otrajā stāvā nebija tualetes.
