Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excelente. Muy cerca de la playa y centros comerciales. Parada de guagua muy cerca. Nos dejó toallas para la playa!

Aspectos negativos: Un poco de ruido en la calle por gente de fiesta.

Aspectos positivos: El sitio es muy tranquilo; El apartamento es muy cómodo. Se encuentra a 10 min del C.C. Yumbo y de la playa.

Aspectos negativos: La limpieza. Había rastros de no limpiar profundamente desde hacia tiempo.

Aspectos positivos: Greeted on arrival with a very warm welcome. Every facility you could think of from dishwasher to coffee machine were made available in this apartment. Comfortable \

Aspectos negativos: Garbage collection seems to happen around 03.50 every morning, following this are deliveries for the bar and shop opposite. The bedroom is located on the street side of the apartment and because of no A/C the bedroom window really needs to remain open, resulting is being woken up at 03.50 every morning and only dozing there after.

Aspectos negativos: A little noise but the noise didn't bother us. It is located nearby the center of the city sourrounded by hotels and appartements.

Aspectos positivos: We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It is clean, well equipped with a great location. The bed is massive and very comfortable. We had no issues with noise which is sometimes a problem in communal blocks. We really appreciated the thought to include everything you'll need: - Kitchen basics (from previous guests - Yorkshire tea bags/salt/oil etc) - Bathroom items (from previous guests - shower gels/shampoo etc) - Washing machine tablets and dishwasher tablets (1 each per day). - Even the little things like tea-towel, kitchen roll, shopping boards and sharp knives. So many places seem to miss these out. - Spare towels and beach towels - Bottle of water on arrival The host, Andrzej, was very friendly and accommodating, and always available via Whatsapp. He would allow us to checkout later so long as it didn't impact any incoming guests. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Apartment in a Great location.

Aspectos positivos: Great location 5 minute walk from the beach and sea front restaurants/bars. Lovely apartment with comfy bed, clean bacthroom. Everything you need for a great stay. Andrzej welcome us on arrical and was really helpful when there was a small mishap with our water being turned off. All sorted super swiftly! Perfect place for our holiday on the excellent Gran Canaria - we had a wonderful time.

Lovely week in simple but spotlessly clean accommodation.

Aspectos positivos: Pleasant accommodation with good facilities within the apartment. Good location, equidistant to various local amenities (beach and various entertainment centres, bars and restaurants). Most days I had the swimming pool to myself.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is great - very spacious and has everything you need. It was very clean, and the washing machine was very helpful. The location is great - just 10-15 mins walk to the beach and bars and restaurants. Andres was very welcoming, and the communication was very smooth

Aspectos negativos: It could be a bit loud at times, because the bedroom window comes out to the street, but with the earplugs I didn't have any problem sleeping. I wish the water heater was a bit bigger, after showering for about 10 mins the warm water would be over. It warms up very fast though.
