Aspectos positivos: El apartamento todo muy bien. No le faltaba un detalle. Pero todo excelente. Volveré.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación y la tranquilidad. El trato recibido por los anfitriones, muy accesibles y resolutivos.

Aspectos negativos: El baño poco ventilado, al entrar había olor a humedad

Aspectos positivos: Great little apartment. One of the cleanest we’ve stayed in the area. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Pool was lovely. Quite close to the beach also if you take the elevator. Sun hit the balcony for about 3 and was a great little sun trap. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone :)

Perfect location and close to everything

Aspectos positivos: It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and had every essential required. There's a supermarket across the road and the playa del ingles beach a few min walk away. WiFi and telly(1000s of channels/languages) worked perfectly. The correspondence with staff was excellent.

Aspectos negativos: The neighbours who 'live' next door were constantly on their balcony smoking, which then blew into ours. Not the landlady's fault.

A relaxed and comfortable stay in the middle of Maspalomas but without the party noise.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location in the heart of Maspalomas, close to the beach and all the major attraction centers in the city. The pool is very well maintained every morning. There is also a washing machine in the apartment very useful for longer stays. Good connection with the airport buses (L66 and 90) at just 4 minutes walking distance. Nice supermarket across the street. Modern, large smart TV and a top efficiency AC. The balcony has the right amount of shade and sun in the afternoon. The kitchen has all the necessary tools. The internet speed is acceptable and via optical fiber. Instant hot water provided by an electric boiler.

Aspectos negativos: [ALL FIXABLE and probably already fixed] When using both the electric water boiler and and another major electric consumer, the automatic resistance will engage and you will have to turn it on manually at the indoor electric panel. Nothing spectacular but probably a bit annoying for less technical people. The TV cable plug was broken meaning no TV channels but it was not affecting the Netflix app. In the yard, a plastic panel of the fence got loose and was making bang noises when windy outside.

It was the perfect choice for me, I highly recommend this place!

Aspectos positivos: The location of the apartment was great, you have everything you need nearby, and the beach is very close. It was super clean, very well equipped, the pool area is great, and the view from the balcony as well. I travelled alone, so it was perfect and the area is very safe. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice, good located apartment

Aspectos positivos: Perfect location, close to beach, shop over the street, pool. Good equiped cozy apartment. Checkin and check out, easy communication via Whatsup. We enjoyed the week in Playa Del Ingles.

Aspectos negativos: Soundproof is not that well, depends what guests are in connected apartments, we were in luck that only the last night a group of loud ladies came into the next one :)

Heerlijk verblijf.

Aspectos positivos: Tevoren was er contact over de tijdstip dat we ontvangen werden. Vriendelijk onthaal, duidelijke uitleg, alles wat we kunnen gebruiken was er, en zelfs meer. Grote fles water in de koeling, koffie, alles om even rustig op de bank te ploffen en bij te komen. Het voelde welkom. Heerlijk groot bed, extra kussens om de fijnste uit te zoeken (is perfect!) Dicht bij het strand (trappen lopen) en alle winkels en restaurantjes tegen over het appartement. Balkon, zwembad. airco.

Aspectos negativos: Er viel niks tegen. Leuk appartement met alles wat je wilt. Was niet erg nieuw, maar alles was netjes, schoon en zeer bruikbaar. Even wennen aan de geluiden, directe buren, en op balkon omgevings geluid.

Aspectos positivos: Bon emplacement, petit appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé,

Aspectos negativos: Les travaux de peinture de la façade pendant notre séjour. Mais nous partions le matin donc cela nous dérangeait uniquement pendant le petit déjeuner.
